About Jonathan Cumming:
Jonathan brings extensive experience in financial leadership and operational scaling across technology and industrial sectors. He spent nearly seven years at Barclays Investment Bank working across corporate banking and structured finance, before progressing through senior CFO roles at high-growth companies. His background includes significant experience building and scaling businesses from start-up through to successful exits, with particular expertise in capital raising, financial control, and operational excellence. He served as CFO at Cambridge Spark, an edtech business focused on AI and data science training, and as Co-founder and CFO of Carbon13, a venture builder supporting climate technology entrepreneurs. His comprehensive skill set in venture-stage scaling, financial systems, and strategic capital deployment positions him ideally to drive Nu Quantum through its next phase of growth.
